These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the offer and sale of products (“Products”) on LineRug.com and related online services operated by:

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all purchases made through LineRug.com by private individuals or business customers.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access where necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

2. Delivery Territories

We provide shipping within:

• Ukraine

• European Union

• United Kingdom

• United States

We do not ship to, operate in, or cooperate with:

• Russian Federation (designated as an aggressor state under Ukrainian law and subject to international sanctions)

• Republic of Belarus (designated as an aggressor state under Ukrainian law and subject to international sanctions)

Orders connected with these territories will be cancelled.

3. Ordering Process

Adding a product to the cart does not reserve availability or price.

An order becomes final only after:

• successful payment, and

• receipt of an order confirmation email.

If fulfillment becomes impossible after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4. Prices & Payments

Prices shown at checkout apply to the order.

Accepted payment methods:

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

Payments are processed by secure authorized providers.
We do not store full card details.

5. Shipping & Risk

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

• destination country

• carrier

• production time for custom rugs

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the provided address.

Customers must inspect the parcel on receipt and report visible damage immediately.

6. Right of Return (14 Days)

Customers may return eligible products within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Conditions:

• item must be unused

• returned in original packaging

• customer pays return shipping

• responsibility for the item remains with the customer until received

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.

7. Custom-Made Products

Rugs produced to individual order (custom size, color, or design) are FINAL SALE.

They:

• cannot be returned

• cannot be exchanged

• are refundable only if damaged or defective upon delivery

8. Defects & Non-Conformity

If a product is defective or not as described:

• contact us without delay

• provide photos and order number

Where required by applicable law, remedies may include:

• replacement

• repair

• refund

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All website content, images, and designs are owned by LineRug or its licensors and protected by law.

Unauthorized copying, scraping, or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

• total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine,
together with mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer’s country of residence within the EU or UK, where relevant.

The version published at the time of order applies to that order.
